Located in Corona, CA and family owned since 1999. Appraisal House founder Joe Quinteros has over two decades of experience serving residential homeowners in the area. He’s also a real estate broker, so you can trust that his knowledge and resources are second to none. Joe is State Certified, VA and FHA approved appraiser and approved with hundreds of Lenders, Mortgage Brokers and Appraisal Management Companies. Joe’s son, Nick Quinteros, joined the company 5 years ago and is also State Certified and FHA approved.
